Born in Verona, he graduated in Oenology and Viticulture in San Floriano, in Valpolicella Classica. He began working in different areas of Italy until officially settling in Valpantena. He worked for 6 years as a production manager for several Veronese companies before starting freelancing.
Oenologist ‘’ in red‘’ by birth, ‘’in white‘’ by experience and ‘’sparkling‘’ by passion. This is the curriculum that Nicolò Porro has accrued over the years. Today he works in various areas of northern Italy, with with a concrete and present consultancy. He is at the forefront in all stages of processing and working alongside the owners to bring the best possible product to the bottle. His motto is: ‘’Wine and haste never go together‘’.
We give him a warm welcome, even though we have already been working together for more than a year. Teamwork among professionals brings results. We are convinced of this. You can’t talk about wine to the full if you don’t understand where it comes from, and where it can potentially go.
